  • Any discipline: architecture, structure, MEP, facade, civil and infrastructure.
  • Any format: Revit, Archicad, Tekla, Civil 3D, IFC, Navisworks, point clouds.
  • ISO 19650-aligned documents (BEP, MIDP, TIDP) included when the tender asks for them.

Before you bid

Three things to confirm in any BIM scope.

1. Information requirements

  • Is there an EIR (exchange information requirements) or equivalent?
  • Which LOD / LOIN per element and stage?
  • Classification system (Uniclass, OmniClass, MasterFormat)?

2. Environment and formats

  • Which CDE (ACC, BIM 360, Trimble Connect, Aconex)?
  • Native authoring format and version, plus IFC schema.
  • Shared coordinates, units, naming convention (ISO 19650-2 Annex).

3. Deliverables and cadence

  • Milestones and model-exchange dates (MIDP).
  • Coordination frequency and clash tolerance rules.
  • Handover: COBie, asset data, as-built verification method.
