What we collect

• Talent registration: name, email, phone, LinkedIn/portfolio URL, professional headline and bio, disciplines, software, seniority and years of experience, region and city, languages, certifications, rate expectation, availability, and your consent record.
• Hiring inquiries & contact: name, company, email, phone, and the details of your request.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, and referring page, used for security, spam prevention, and analytics.

Why we use it (purposes & lawful basis)

• Talent network: to assess your application, present you to clients on a brokered basis, and contact you about opportunities — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the network.
• Responding to inquiries and providing services — to take steps at your request and our legitimate interest in serving clients.
• Security, fraud prevention, and analytics — our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and improving it.

How talent profiles are shown

Public talent profiles are anonymized. Your real name and contact details are never published; they are visible only to ConstruBIM and are shared with a client only when there is a genuine opportunity and an agreement in place. ConstruBIM brokers every introduction.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with: prospective clients (on a brokered, need-to-know basis as above); service providers that help us operate (e.g., email, contracting/payment, and analytics providers) under appropriate safeguards; and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

ConstruBIM operates across multiple markets, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

Retention

We keep talent profiles for as long as you remain in the network and for a reasonable period afterward, and inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by law.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including restricting contact details to authorized ConstruBIM personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
